Looking through my magazine, waiting on an ipad to look and listen to my favourite music, it’s another great day at Wilrose with my friends.

Friendship and Fun

I had a great day on Tuesday. We had a fun, friendship and social day. I made a beautiful card, sang some songs with my friends and asked / answered some questions with my friends too.

Bingo fun day

I had lots of fun playing bingo with my team. I helped cover the numbers as they came up and I won a special prize! I learnt lots about my friends when we asked each other questions from the tin too. BINGO...

Polar Bear Experiment

In cultures we have been learning all about the Arctic. This week we did an experiment to show us how Polar Bears and other animals keep warm using their “Blubber”. We had a bucket of icy water, some gloves and some fat that we put our hand in. The water was cold without the fat but not bad all when our hand was surrounded in fat. I still don’t want to live in the Arctic though! ❄️

In the Jungle...the mighty jungle

I enjoyed listening to all the different animals from the jungle!  made a few different animal noises too and gave this cute gorilla a snuggle.

The Arctic

In Cultures we are looking at The Arctic! It’s cold there but they have lots of cool animals to discover. Narwhals are strange ..... they look like unicorns. And baby polar bears and seals are cute but then they grow up! We are making an information board all about it!

Birthday Celebrations

It was my birthday and I shared a cake with my friends who sang me Happy Birthday. Then I did some singing of my own in the music room.
