Cultural Day Goal

I had so much fun on our cultural day. I dressed in a Tipare and Piupiu that we made and performed a poi dance for my friends. There was also Chinese ribbon dancing, Bavarian slap dancing and Spanish Flamenco dancing. 

Fun, Friendship and Karaoke

I had fun with my friends singing songs and dancing to “I’m a Believer” by the Monkees. There were some drums going and an air guitar too. What a fun morning! 

St John - life skills

I liked listening to the lady who came to teach us about first aid. She was from St John and I got to lay on the floor and be a patient. I also got my hand bandaged up by my friend. 

Building a Butterfly Chrysalis House

I had a look fun with this project. I went to the garden to see if there were any chrysalises on the swan plants and then, with some friends, built a beautiful house for a chrysalis to go in. Hopefully we will see a butterfly emerge from it.

Pumpkin soup and quiz day

I had such a fun day when we had a quiz at Wilrose. We enjoyed a pumpkin soup for lunch and used our teamwork skills to answer questions. My favourite round was the music round.
