Magazine Art

I finished my magazine art picture today and it is ready to take home and show mum and dad. I chose all the pictures on the board and glued them on.

Māori culture

What a fun first day back at wilrose - I spent the morning singing Māori songs and using the poi and Te rakau. We made some piupiu skirts and headbands. We are going to do a little performance at the cultural day that we are planning for my goal.

Park and friends

For our friendship social events and day outing we went to a new park in gate pa which I had a swing on the swing what I really love to do and also a game of basketball with new friends we met.

My time playing a musical instrument

I really enjoyed playing my animal organ, which played tunes and made animal noises. Love so much didn’t really want to share it because it kept me in a happy dancing mood.

Casino Day Fun

For Fun and Friendship day we enjoyed some casino games. We played cards and bingo and had my favourite food for lunch ...... sausages!!!!!

Monarch Butterflies

We began looking at monarch butterflies in our topics and themes session. Me and my friend Carrie worked out together which way to put the pictures in the butterfly lifecycle. Butterfly lays an egg, a caterpillar hatches, the caterpillar goes into a chrysalis and out comes a beautiful butterfly. 🦋🦋🦋
